After working in Fresno for almost 2 years, Dr. Meyer established the Kingsburg Veterinary Clinic in 1973 as a mixed animal practice. He received his degree from Kansas State University in 1971. His desire to be in private practice in a smaller community led him to this location.
Steven M. Nicholas, D.V.M.
Dr. Nicholas graduated from UC Davis and began practicing at KVC in 1992. He grew up in the nearby city of Hanford, and enjoys the chance to get reacquainted with old friends that bring their pets to the clinic.
Yoshio Jack Nakata, D.V.M.
Dr. Nakata, currently working relief, received his D.V.M. from UC Davis in 1971. Since then, he has worked in large and small animal practices in the Brawley, Bakersfield and the Fresno areas. He also spent some time in private practice. He enjoys working with the variety of species and sees the clinical cases as a constant challenge.
